Collborative Tools & Froms

In this collaborative activity, you will work with a partner or small group to reflect on a video about emotional health. Your group will summarize key ideas, choose one of the emotional health markers (self-love, openness, communication, or trust) that impacts you the most, and discuss how to strengthen it in daily life. You will write your responses together in a shared Google Doc.

Collaboration Tips

  • Use 'Suggesting' mode in Google Docs when editing each other's writing.
  • Give thoughtful, respectful feedback in the comments.
  • Divide up sections fairly, but make sure you review everything as a group.
  • Stay focused and kind when discussing personal reflections.
