For this project, I created an interactive multiplication quiz designed for K–5 learners. My goal was to reinforce foundational math skills in a way that felt engaging, supportive, and visually appealing. I used HTML to structure the quiz and incorporated a mint green background inspired by the calculators in the accompanying image, creating a cohesive and calming aesthetic. I also adjusted font styles and spacing to improve readability for young learners. In JavaScript, I customized the first five questions and added five more to expand the range of multiplication concepts. I also personalized the feedback: correct answers trigger encouraging compliments, while incorrect responses offer gentle guidance to support growth. This approach reflects my belief in positive reinforcement and aligns with best practices in elementary math instruction.
Quiz
Inspired by the drag-and-drop format from eme4320.net, I created a geography quiz where learners match countries to their continents. I customized the HTML to include clear directions, updated labels, and a themed image titled “Countries and Continent.” Using CSS, I styled the background with earth tones, centered all elements, and adjusted container sizes for clarity. This project blends interactive design with global awareness, making learning both fun and meaningful.
